Zion is in the process of culling three invasive maples, which shall be sheared to a level of ten or so feet to serve as ecological “snags” our feathered friends may perch and rest upon. Also, several trees that enshroud our outdoor chapel space will be pruned, to allow for a clearer view of the Palisades rising up across the mighty, mighty Hudson.
